Greenhouse is a wood-processing company offering an innovative and sustainable concept in producing eco-friendly and high-quality prefabricated wooden houses for both local and international markets.
Our house designs are fully customizable, providing a wide range of adaptable models with beautiful aesthetics — from modern to classic styles. Every home comes with a 10-year warranty, reflecting our commitment to durability, sustainability, and the highest European construction standards.
Our production facility is located in Radac village, along the main road from Pejë/Pec to Montenegro. The main factory, built in 2015 and expanded in 2019, currently covers 3,500 m², equipped with advanced wood-processing machinery and precision tools.
Starting from March 2026, Greenhouse will move into a new 10,500 m² state-of-the-art factory, featuring a 1,500 m² showroom and training center.
The new facility is being equipped with the latest Weinmann/HOMAG automated production lines, CNC-controlled systems, and digital manufacturing technology that ensures unmatched accuracy, speed, and energy efficiency.
With this investment, Greenhouse is setting a new regional standard for timber construction — combining craftsmanship with industrial precision, and sustainability with modern architectural design.
